Our personal service

IT Booth believes that you should be able to telephone a dedicated consultant and not be transferred to a large automated helpdesk.  That’s why, as a new customer, you will be assigned a personal consultant to liaise with throughout your relationship with us.  You can be assured of a consistent personal service from a consultant who really understands your business needs.  We always conduct regular feedback sessions to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
